OpenClawTank ("we," "our," "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our managed cloud hosting service at openclawtank.com (the "Service").
Account Information: Name, email address, and billing address when you create an account.
Payment Information: Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on the Service, features used, and instance resource utilization metrics.
Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and session management.
Instance Data: Data stored within your OpenClaw instance (conversations, files, configurations). We do not access or monitor your Instance Data except as necessary for maintenance, troubleshooting, or legal compliance.
We use collected information to provide and maintain the Service, process transactions and billing, send service-related communications, respond to support requests, monitor usage trends, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Your Instance Data is private and confidential. We will not access, view, or process your Instance Data except to perform automated system maintenance, backups, and security updates; to troubleshoot technical issues you report; to comply with a valid legal request; or to enforce our Terms of Service. We do not train AI models, mine data, or share your Instance Data with third parties.
We implement encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest, regular security audits, access controls, and daily automated backups retained for 14 days. Data is hosted on Tencent Cloud infrastructure (Hong Kong region).
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share information with Stripe (payment processing), Tencent Cloud (infrastructure), Supabase (authentication/database), and legal authorities when required by law.
We retain account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter. Instance Data is retained for 14 days after account termination and then permanently deleted. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by tax law.
You may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@openclawtank.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Your data is primarily stored on servers in Hong Kong (Tencent Cloud). Appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.
