Welcome to OpenClawTank ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OpenClawTank managed cloud hosting platform, website at openclawtank.com, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By subscribing to, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
OpenClawTank provides managed cloud hosting for OpenClaw AI instances. Each subscriber receives a dedicated, isolated virtual private server with OpenClaw pre-installed and configured. We handle infrastructure, updates, monitoring, and backups. You are responsible for your use of the OpenClaw software running on your instance. OpenClawTank is an independent managed hosting provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the OpenClaw open-source project or its maintainers.
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are fully responsible for all activity occurring under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@openclawtank.com of any unauthorized use.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis with monthly or annual billing cycles. Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current rate until cancellation.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your instance remains active until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds for partial months are provided except as stated below.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. To request a refund, contact hello@openclawtank.com. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
After 7 Days: No refunds are provided for cancellations after the 7-day period. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the remainder of your paid billing period.
We collect and store account information (name, email, payment details via Stripe), usage data (login times, instance status), and communication data. Your instance data (files, conversations, configurations) remains yours. We do not access or monitor your instance content except as necessary for maintenance, troubleshooting, or legal compliance. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Backups are retained for 14 days after termination. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law, infringe upon the rights of others, distribute malware, engage in network abuse, or use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows may occur with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers, force majeure events, or factors outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenClawTank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct we deem harmful. Upon termination, your instance will be decommissioned and data deleted after 14 days.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be effective 30 days after posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
